Decorated stock beanies typically take 3–3.5 weeks from artwork approval. Fully custom made beanies take 5–6 weeks due to the manufacturing process. Contact us if you have a hard deadline and we'll advise on what's achievable.
Will I see a proof before production starts?
Yes — we provide a free digital artwork proof with every order. Production doesn't begin until you've reviewed and approved the design. You can request changes to the proof before committing to production.
What is the difference between direct embroidery and a patch?
Direct embroidery stitches your logo straight onto the beanie fabric. A patch (embroidered, woven, PVC, or leather) is created separately and attached to the beanie. Patches are ideal for complex or highly detailed artwork, or for a more premium branded look.
Can I order beanies in kids' sizes?
Yes. Kids' sizing is available on our custom made range. Please mention this in your enquiry and we'll advise on the right sizing and construction options for your order.
